This is V112-DP in purple, built for the DP40 Pete Honore Duchess amp. This open-backed 1x12 uses a Celestion G12M-65 Creamback speaker. It has all the vibe of your favorite vintage cab, but with a stage- and car-friendly footprint, and easy one-hand carry.The G12M-65 Creamback is less sensitive/efficient (97dB) than the Vintage 30 and also the H-75 Creamback, using a medium-magnet (35 ounce) 12' driver. Celestion regard it as a ‘more powerful Greenback’ and that is the perfect description. Recommended for anyone who likes classic low/medium gain tones at low/medium volume; or who likes plenty of speaker ‘give’ and colour at higher volumes.A highly portable rig when paired with DP40, V40 The Duchess and Sheriff 22.
