This is the warmest tight, for tough guys who don’t let a little cold keep them indoors. Our warmest GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® fabric covers the entire front of the tight to keep the cold wind out. We use water-repellent Nano Flex 3G on the bum and the back of the lower legs for splash protection from wet roads, while Thermoflex on the back of the thighs gives extra stretch for the renowned Castelli fit. This is now the most comfortable wind tight we've ever made. We’ve kept the bib straps to a minimum so that you can layer your upper body exactly as you wish, without an unwanted thermal layer covering your stomach. With more of us riding at night, we've placed large reflective inserts on both the front and back of the legs, where the up-and-down pedaling motion grabs the attention of approaching motorists. WHAT IT IS Our warmest tight, providing full-length front wind protection. This is the right choice if you love extreme riding or just want to dress very warmly in cool/cold conditions. KISS AIR A stretchy, soft skin-care layer provides total freedom of movement with minimum bulk. Dual density and infinitely variable thickness foam gives you the perfect cushioning for every part of the pad. NANO FLEX FABRIC Exclusively engineered by Castelli. We take our thermal fleecy stretch Thermoflex fabric and coat it with millions of tiny nanofilaments to create the most water-repellent fabric finish ever. Drops of water stay as spherical balls on top of the fabric or bounce off the fabric without leaving a trace. GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® Gore-Tex® garments provide total wind protection and maximum breathability. The windproof membrane keeps you from getting cold due to windchill, but the optimum breathability prevents overheating and moisture accumulation by allowing sweat to escape easily. Water repellency is ensured by the DWR treatment applied to the outer fabric. THERMOFLEX With outstanding stretch, luxuriously soft and warm Thermoflex is ideal for cold weather apparel. Fleecy inside traps a layer of warm air next to your skin. High stretch allows for an aerodynamic fit.
