The Saturday Night Special is a vintage humbucker inspired pickup with plenty of bite for overdriven late 70s tones, but without the 'wooliness' of traditional vintage neck pickups. The Saturday Night Special neck pickup bridges the output level gap between vintage 50s and modern humbuckers. It is a classic-voiced pickup that uses Alnico 4 magnets to create that legendary 70s arena rock sound. The cleans are warm and musical while the overdriven tones cut through without being harsh in the highs or cloudy in the lows. The Saturday Night Special is made in Santa Barbara, California. It comes standard with four-conductor wiring, maple spacer and short mounting legs. Available with nickel covers, gold covers, black uncovered bobbins and zebra uncovered bobbins. This pairs perfectly with the Saturday Night Special bridge humbucker. It is also available as a matched set. Color: Black Colour: Black Made in: USA
