The AR 420 from Ibanez is an electric guitar from the Artist series with a classic shape, which belongs to the first, original designs of this popular brand. Of course, the instrument offers you universal use, great controllability, a fantastic feeling when playing, high quality, but most importantly incredible sound. The body of the AR 420 is made of solid mahogany and its top plate of brindle maple. The 3-layer, maple glued AR neck is fitted with a rosewood fingerboard with 22 Medium Jumbo frets. The length of the scale is 24.75 '(628mm) and the width of the zero sleeper is 1.7' (43mm). High-quality sound transmission is ensured by a pair of passive Alnico Super 58 custom Humbucker pickups at the neck and bridge. The sound can be controlled using the Volume, Tone potentiometers and 3-position switches for each sensor separately. The gold-plated hardware contains the ART-1 bridge with a Quick Change Classic string.
